Shipping Information

  • Delivery: 3-5 business days.聽
  • Orders of $45 or more qualify for FREE Shipping. Orders under $44.99 will include a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee.
  • We currently only ship within the continental United States.
  • You can ship to P.O. Box addresses if they have a U.S. zip code and are within the continental U.S.
  • Shipping method is determined by our shipping department. We almost always use UPS or USPS and occasionally DHL or Fedex.
  • Shipping carriers may have delays due to weather or operational issues and delays caused by shipping carriers, although rare, are out of our control.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they are processed for shipping and charges are applied to your method of payment.


We want you to be happy with your orders.

  • Items purchased online using Credit Cards or Paypal must be returned online within 7 days of delivery for store credit.
  • Please send us an image that includes the product(s) you received as well as the order number or the packing slip in the box that was delivered to you. Please send us this image by contacting us here. We will do our best to make it right!
  • Return shipping labels must be paid for by the customer and you must include a packaging slip or order number in the box with your return. Please contact us for the return shipping address to use.
  • Cases returned must be in the original product packaging received from The GreenLine Market with items unused, unopened and unwashed. We do not accept partial returns.
  • Replacement deliveries will be shipped for orders that are fulfilled incorrectly or a store credit will be issued if the items are no longer in stock.
  • All promotional sale items are final and not eligible for return, refund or store credit.
  • If a delivery is damaged in transit the customer needs to file a claim with the shipping carrier that was used to deliver the order.
  • If a package is refused or a wrong shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for providing a refund.
  • We do not guarantee expiration dates beyond 30 days of delivery but we will issue a store credit if the product expires within 30 days of delivery. If you have any questions about products, please contact us prior to purchase.
  • If you would like to try a product, we recommend requesting free or paid samples from our brand partners directly.
