  2. 1 Tbsp Organic Coconut Flour
  3. 1 Tbsp almond flour
  4. 1 Tbsp sprouted spelt flour
  5. 1 1/2 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil with Butter Flavor
  6. 1/2 Tbsp Organic Liquid Coconut Oil
  7. 2 Tbsp Organic Coconut Sugar
  8. 2 pasture-raised organic eggs- for vegan, substitute flax egg or aquafaba
  9. 1/8 tsp sea salt

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. While oven is preheating, combine the oils and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  3. With an electric hand mixer whip until well combined.
  4. Add eggs and whip till fluffy.
  5. Add all flours and the Hazelnut Spread, and whip another 2 minutes to incorporate.
  6. Grease each ramekin with 1tsp coconut oil.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of coconut sugar in each ramekin.
  8. Divide batter evenly between ramekins.
  9. Set on a cookie sheet and place on the top rack in the oven.
  10. Bake for 11-12 minutes, or until outside is visibly cooked.
  11. Let stand 10 minutes and enjoy!
